We use this stainless steel opener plate for our hockey puck bottle opener. But we had so many people asking us for just the plate that we decided to offer them for sale.
The plate comes with 4 #6 1/2" Stainless Steel Panhead Screws. If you order a multi-pack you'll get enough screws for all the plates.
The outer diameter is 2" exactly and the inner diameter you'll have to drill is 1-1/8" (you'll have to drill that for clearance so the bottle cap can it in there).
The plates are finished in a tumbler which gives them a matte finish and all edges are free of burrs. The matte finish is preferable because it hides scratches much better than a brushed finish.
Note that the plates are blank, whereas the plates we use for our puck bottle opener are laser engraved with the product name and our website. If you are ordering over 200 plates and want your own branding laser engraved on them, reach out via the contact us page and we can send you a quote. One of our customers who uses the plate in his own product is Cricket but Different in the UK. They make bottle openers out of Cricket balls.
